Before We Get Started
Preparing your property for management.
A well-prepared property helps create a smooth experience for both owners and guests. Before management begins, we will guide you through the practical essentials, including keys, linen and towels, property equipment, insurance and the required rental documentation.
Owners are expected to provide
- At least three complete sets of suitable bed linen and towels
- Sufficient spare keys
- A safe and functional property
- Working appliances and essential equipment
- Appropriate insurance
- Required registrations, licences and documentation for the intended rental activity

Owners remain free to enjoy their own property, subject to existing confirmed guest reservations. Simply let us know sufficiently in advance and the relevant dates can be blocked in the rental calendar.
