Whitestone Living operates on a fixed monthly management fee with 0% commission on rental income. Guest payments and rental income are paid directly to the property owner through the applicable booking platform or agreed payment method.
This creates a simple and transparent management structure, with clear costs and no percentage-based management commission deducted from the owner's rental income.

Whitestone Living was founded by Laura with the belief that property owners deserve more than a distant management service.
As founder, Laura remains personally involved in the management and communication surrounding the properties entrusted to Whitestone Living, creating a direct and dependable point of contact for owners.
Fluent in English, German and Dutch, Laura is able to communicate personally with an international community of property owners and guests. Whitestone Living also has Portuguese-speaking support within the team, allowing local communication and coordination to be handled effectively when required.
